Pablo Aguilar is the Ecuadorian-born founder and sommelier of WiNEisFOOD, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He brings more than 25 years of experience across wine, restaurants, professional service, hospitality, education, events and editorial work.
His approach connects wine to its origins as an agricultural food product—and to the meal, the people and the stories that give it meaning.
